Selling NOYES M600 – We Buy New Used M600 (‘s) Top Dollar Paid!

If you’re looking to Sell NOYES M600 MM Fiber Mini OTDR

The M600 is a rugged, field-portable, and very user friendly mini-OTDR. When equipped with multimode and singlemode modules, it is the ideal OTDR for technicians and contractors who test and fault-locate premises, access, metro, and broad-band fiber networks. The M600 offers automatic and manual setup modes to meet the needs of both novice and experienced users.

The M600 OTDR or “optical time domain reflectometer” tests an optical fiber link, while having access to only one end of the link, by generating short pulses of light, sampling reflected light as a function of time, and converting these samples into a graph or “trace” of insertion loss versus distance. Based on the shape of the trace the M600 can locate and analyze fiber link “events” such as connections, splices, bends, and breaks.

Traces can be saved to internal non-volatile memory, CompactFlash™ (removable mass storage device) capable of storing over 1500 traces, or floppy disks. Using the supplied CompactFlash™ reader (USB) or floppy disk, saved traces can be transferred to a PC for archiving, printing, and analyzing with the supplied Trace600 Windows™ software.

The Trace600 batch printing feature is an efficient way to generate hard copy documentation for certification.

Each saved trace is identified using an eight character file name and an optional 30 character cable identifier. To speed up the fiber identification process, the M600 can automatically increment and include a fiber number in each file name. Text may be entered by using the supplied keyboard or by selecting the appropriate letters and numbers from a menu on the M600 display.

The M600 is a full-featured mini-OTDR designed to accept both multimode (850/1300nm) and single-mode (1310/1550nm) modules for testing flexibility. Modules are user installable. All M600 models include: a 7.7-inch color LCD display, CompactFlash™ drive and memory card capable of storing up to 1,500 traces, 3.5-inch floppy disk drive, full-sized keyboard, and soft carry case. Pulse width and range can be set automatically for maximum ease-of-use, or manually for maximum flexibility.

Selling Noyes OFL 200 – We Buy New Used OFL 200 (‘s) Top Dollar Paid!

If you’re looking to Sell Noyes OFL 200 SM OTDR w/ VFL Option

The OFL 200 OTDR sets new standards for size, weight, ease-of-use, and value in a telco/broadband OTDR. Smaller than many optical loss test sets, the OFL 200 has the range, features, and price to make it the perfect OTDR for outside plant crews installing and maintaining optical fiber cables in broadband, metro, access, and FTTH networks. Unlike ‘optical fault locators’, which detect only reflective events, the OFL 200 is a true OTDR, which detects fiber backscatter as well as fresnel reflections. Thus, the OFL 200 can locate reflective and non-reflective breaks, including those caused by crushed fibers. In addition, the OFL 200 provides an integrated 650 nm visual fault locator (VFL) for shortdistance troubleshooting and fiber tracing.

In its [Full Auto] mode, the OFL 200 measures fiber length and sets range, pulse width, and averaging time automatically. [Full Auto] mode is ideal for operators not familiar with OTDRs. [Semi Auto] mode allows the user to set range while the OFL 200 sets all other parameters. [Manual] mode is available for experienced users. [Live] mode is provided for first connector checking and troubleshooting.

The fast change switchable adapter allows the OTDR to interface launch cables with a variety of connector styles. The OFL 200 can internally store up to 48 traces. Using the supplied serial cable, saved traces can be transferred to a PC for archiving, printing, and analyzing with the supplied Trace600 Windows® software. Test results are stored in Bellcore [*.sor] GR-196 Version 1.1 format.

Features & Applications:

  • Rugged, handheld, lightweight
  • Designed for field use
  • 1550 or 1625 nm single-mode OTDR
  • Locates reflective and non-reflective breaks
  • Built-in 650 nm visual fault locator (VFL) with universal adapter
